2. Purchasing Licenses, Not Ownership
When you buy an item, you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use the digital file according to the license terms (Regular or Extended). You do not gain intellectual property ownership. Redistribution, public mirroring, or reselling of the files as raw assets is strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing & Consolidated Fees
All prices listed on the platform are in the local currency. The total price at checkout includes the license fee, support coverage fees (if applicable), and consolidated gateway transaction fees. Transactions are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or Cashfree.
4. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Refunds are granted in accordance with our Refund Policy (e.g. if the item is broken, misdescribed, or support is unavailable). Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or accidental purchases. Raising unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of all active licenses and account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All content hosted on KodeHarbor is protected by copyright laws. If you believe any item violates your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal DMCA copyright notification to our support desk for swift investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability & Account Termination
All digital items are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. KodeHarbor shall not be held liable for any installation failures, site downtime, or data loss. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
