License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of the software products ("Items") purchased from this store. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Item, subject to the tier you selected at checkout. Two tiers are available: the Regular License and the Extended License.

Regular License (Non-Commercial)

Under the Regular License you may:

  • Use the Item to create one single end product for yourself or for one client.
  • Modify, adapt and combine the Item with other works to build that end product.
  • Distribute the end product free of charge, or transfer it to the single client it was built for.

Under the Regular License you may not:

  • Sell the end product. If you or your client intend to charge for it, an Extended License is required.
  • Redistribute the Item on its own, as stock, in a template, or with its source files — even if modified.
  • Use the Item in an "on-demand", "build-it-yourself" or end-user-customisable product.
  • Permit an end user to extract the Item and use it separately from the end product.
  • Use the Item, or any part of it, in a logo, trademark or service mark.

Extended License (Commercial)

The Extended License grants everything in the Regular License, and additionally allows you to:

  • Sell the single end product you create with the Item, and make any number of copies of it.
  • Charge end users a fee to access or use the end product.

The Extended License remains a single-end-product license and is still subject to these restrictions:

  • You may not redistribute the Item on its own, as stock, in a template, or with its source files.
  • You may not use the Item in an "on-demand" or end-user-customisable product.
  • You may not permit an end user to extract the Item and use it separately.
  • You may not use the Item in a logo, trademark or service mark.

Activation & Anti-Piracy

Independently of the tier above, each license key is issued with a limit on the number of domains or installations it may be activated on, shown on your license in your account. These activation limits are a technical anti-piracy measure and are separate from the commercial rights described here.

Ownership & Third-Party Components

The Item may include third-party components released under their own licenses (for example open-source licenses). Those licenses govern the corresponding components and take precedence over this agreement for those parts only. All other rights in the Item are retained by the author.
