Copyright & IP Policy
All products, source code, designs, graphics, text, documentation, and branding offered through our platform are the original work of our platform and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We are the sole author and owner of everything we sell — we do not host or resell third-party sellers' products. This policy explains who owns what, what your purchase allows, and how to raise a copyright concern.
Ownership
Except for clearly identified third-party or open-source components (which remain under their own licenses), our platform retains all right, title, and interest in and to its products and this website, including all intellectual property rights. Buying a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying work to you.
What your license allows
Your rights to use, modify, and distribute a product are governed entirely by the License Agreement for the tier you purchased (Regular or Extended). Please review it before using a product. In summary, you receive a license to use the work as described there — not the copyright in the work itself.
Protecting our work (anti-piracy)
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of your license, suspension of your account, and legal action:
- Copying, publishing, or redistributing our products outside the terms of your license.
- Sharing, leaking, or reselling license keys, activation certificates, or download links.
- Removing, disabling, or circumventing license checks, watermarks, or copyright notices.
- Uploading our products to warez sites, file-sharing networks, or "nulled" repositories.
If you have encountered an unauthorised or pirated copy of our work, please report it to support@your-domain.com — we appreciate your help in protecting original authors.
If you believe our product infringes your copyright
We respect the rights of others. If you own a copyright and believe one of our products infringes it, contact us at support@your-domain.com with a notice (consistent with the U.S. DMCA and similar laws) that includes:
- Your signature (physical or electronic) and your contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the product and the specific material at issue, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
We will review every good-faith notice promptly and, where a claim is valid, remove or revise the material and respond to you. Knowingly submitting a false claim may expose you to liability; if in doubt, seek legal advice first.
