Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using our platform, our website, products, and license services. By using the service you agree to this AUP. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited activities
You must not use the service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the platform, bypass license enforcement, or tamper with license keys, certificates, or activation records.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products except as expressly permitted by the applicable license (see our License Agreement).
- Access accounts, licenses, or data that do not belong to you, or share credentials to circumvent seat or activation limits.
- Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications, or harvest data about other users.
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Fair use and system integrity
You must not place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, use automated means to scrape the site beyond permitted API usage, or interfere with other customers' use of the service. API and license-verification endpoints must be used in line with their documented limits.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring that anyone you allow to use your license complies with this AUP.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may warn you, throttle or suspend access, revoke affected licenses, or terminate your account — with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
